Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.

  • If your order is eligible for cancellation, a full refund will be processed within 10-15 business days.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
  • To initiate a refund request, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)

Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund.
